Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Wildebees is a business in the outdoor clothing, accessories and footwear industry as well as the hunting accessories and weapons industry that markets, sells and distributes these items to customers.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are usually processed on the next business day. This means that when you receive an e-mail, stating that your order is being processed, it means that the parcel will be handed over to the couriers the following business day. Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Orders expire 3 days after placement if payment is not reflecting.
Take note that all placed orders are only valid for 3 days. If payment does not reflect after 3 days of order being placed, your order will be trashed. Should you pay after 3 days of placing your order, Wildebees cannot be held responsible for any items being unavailable. This can also delay the processing of your order with 24 hours.
Delivery in South Africa
If you place and immediately pay for your order on a business day, we try our best to ship it that following day. No parcel may leave the premises without payment reflecting. Your order should be delivered in 3-5 business days after the courier service has collected it but please bear in mind we no longer have control over the delivery period once they have collected it. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Wildebees will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. Wildebees will not accept liability for missing, stolen or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. Wildebees uses a reliable delivery service. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your Wildebees profile. If you can not be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Take very careful note when entering your contact details when you checkout to ensure that you do not make any mistakes. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.
Wildebees supplies delivery to all South African cities and outlying areas or farms. Note however, that outlying areas and farm deliveries may be applicable to additional delivery fees and delivery might take more than 5 business days.
Wildebees offers 3 options for delivery, number one being ‘Own Courier / Collect in Store’. This means that you must send your own courier to come collect the parcel or you may collect your parcel at our store in Bredell. Note that you may ONLY collect at the official Wildebees store in Bredell – we do not offer in-store collections elsewhere. Take note that you may only collect or send your courier for collection when you have received an e-mail confirming that your parcel is ready. NO parcel will be handed over to you or your courier without above mentioned e-mail confimation. When sending your courier, you MUST give them the SAME details you provided us. Your name, contact number and order number must be given to the courier – if they do not have this information, we cannot release the parcel.
The second option is ‘Postnet to Postnet. This means that the parcel will be delivered to your nearest Postnet and you will have to go collect the parcel from them yourself. Note that Postnet does NOT mean Post Office – if you do not have a Postnet near you, DO NOT choose this option. When checking out, make sure to add into the ‘Notes’ block to which Postnet you want your parcel to be delivered to. If you fail to specify, we will send the parcel to the nearest Postnet to your given address. Should you want your parcel delivered to a different Postnet after the parcel has left us, you will need to contact Postnet yourself. Should you want your parcel delivered to your door after the parcel has left us, you will need to contact Postnet and ask for a door delivery yourself. Note that both above mentioned options will cost extra and will delay your delivery process. Wildebees will not be held responsible for any delays with deliveries – especially not if you haven’t specified Postnet details upon checkout. We do NOT use PEP-Paxi.
The last option for delivery is door to door. This means the parcel will be delivered to your given address. Note that when you checkout, the option will pop-up as ‘Domestic Freight’, ‘Economy Freight’ or ‘Domestic Economy Freight’. Make sure you select your Area / Suburb from the drop-down list that comes up when you start typing, to ensure that the plug-in calculates your shipping. We do NOT have the option for ‘Overnight Express’ or ‘Sameday Delivery’ – should you want these services we strongly recommend you send your own courier.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your parcel is sent out. Note that you can only start tracking your parcel after 17h00 on the day of receiving the e-mail as it takes a few hours for the number to activate. All information needed on tracking your parcel will be provided to you in the e-mail as well. From there on, you will not receive any further communication from Wildebees regarding your delivery – you will need to contact the couriers for more details. When picking up your parcel from Postnet, note that you will need to provide your tracking number. Should you have any questions or special instructions regarding your delivery, please note that you will have to contact the destination hubs or Postnets directly.
We do offer the service of international delivery. Note that you have to ask for a quote and cannot order off the website if you want your parcel delivered to another country. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote and note that unfortunately, it will be expensive. We encourage you to rather send your own courier for collection as it will probably be more affordable.
If you wish to pay from a non-South African bank account – NOTE THAT THE BANKING DETAILS DIFFERS FROM THE BANKING DETAILS ON THE SITE’S CHECKOUT PAGE. Send us an e-mail and we’ll guide you through the process. If you do your payment into the Capitec account from a non-South African bank account, the money will be reverted back to you in 4-8 weeks. This is a frustrating process and there is no way we can speed it up for you – please contact us if you are unsure or have any questions.
Damage or Loss
Wildebees will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered.
If you have purchased an item/s and decide you would prefer a different size or a new item/s entirely there are conditions in order to make an exchange. Firstly you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and explain what you would like to return and receive in exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will proceed and you can arrange to get the item/s sent back us. Upon arrival, the item/s will be inspected and provided it / they (including the original packaging) are in perfect order, all tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn or washed, we will proceed. If the new item/s cost more or less, you will either be given credit in the form of a voucher or billed the difference. Once ready, you will be notified and can come collect the exchanged items (or send a courier to come collect them). Should you want us to courier the exchanged parcel to you, you will have to pay the courier costs and the parcel will only be handed over to the couriers when the payment for the shipping reflects in our bank account.
If you wish to exchange your order in-store, note that it can ONLY be done at the Official Wildebees shop in Bredell. You will need a copy of your order to do so and keep in mind that the items must be in their original packaging, tags still attached, unwashed and unworn. If you fail to bring items as requested above, we cannot do the exchange.
NOTE: Please always try your best to order the correct sizes and items to keep exchanges to a minimum. Abuse of this service will only lead to price increases or us having to remove it. Please note that all items on special CANNOT be exchanged or given credit for due to limited stock.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Wildebees is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Wildebees will provide the client with different options. Usually, allowing them to have their order be placed ‘On Hold’ until the items are back in stock – as soon as it happens, the parcel will be shipped immediately. Other options include replacing the item with something similar or giving full credit to the client in the form of a voucher. If you decide to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order. ONLY in this circumstance will a refund be done. Note that refunds take 7-10 business days. We do NOT offer refunds for any other situation – we only give credit in the form of a voucher. These vouchers can be spent online or in our shops in Bredell.
NOTE: you can ONLY exchange your item WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM.
Wildebees will ONLY replace goods that are not up to standard due to factory faults or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to Wildebees within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached, in its original packaging and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.
Wildebees shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:
By accepting these terms and conditions clients agree that Wildebees may inform them via social media, email, Whatsapp or SMS of promotions and new developments among the products and services we offer. Clients can opt out of notifications by requesting it via the email address supplied below.
